Delivering your order


We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as we can.

If you place your order before 2.30pm on a working day, we will send it out on the same day. If you order after 2.30pm, we’ll still do our best, but your order might be despatched on the following day.

Orders placed at the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

Delivery times

When you check out, we’ll show the delivery options available for your order.

Usually, we are able to offer two delivery options:

  • Standard delivery. Most orders sent via our standard service arrive in two to three working days.
  • Express delivery. Orders sent using our express service arrive on the next working day.

Orders sent by express delivery are fully tracked, so you can check your delivery status online.

We’ll calculate the price for these options based on your postcode, along with the weight and value of your items.

Peak periods

Like many online businesses, we get busy in the run-up to Christmas. When ordering between mid-November and Christmas, please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive.



Faulty items

If an item in your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it for you. Just contact us with details of what’s wrong. To help us replace your item quickly, please include your order number and attach a photo of any visible damage.

Please do not dispose of any item that is faulty. We may ask you to return it for inspection. If we need you to do this, we’ll pay all shipping costs.

Missing or incorrect items

If your order is missing any items, or fails to arrive, please contact us. Make sure you tell us your order number and what’s missing from it. If possible, please attach a photo of any items you have incorrectly received.

We’ll provide replacement items as quickly as we can — after contacting our shipping company, if necessary.

Unwanted items

Once you’ve received your order, you have 15 days to return any of the items — for any reason. As long as they are unused and in as-new condition, we’ll give you a full refund, minus the cost of shipping.

You don’t have to tell us before you send items back, but please enclose a copy of your order paperwork — or at least your order number and contact details. You’ll be responsible for the shipping costs. Once we have the item(s) back, we’ll issue your refund.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds on special order items, nor on food products that have been opened.
