This Peach and Passion Fruit Cider demonstrates a good level of sweet verses dry with the sweet peach juice being lifted on the palate by the tangy passion fruit finish, the two flavours complimenting each other well and making this a winning combination. This cider is a warm golden amber colour with a little gentle fizz. It’s aroma has punchy peach tones underlined with fruity passion fruit.

• 1 x 2.4Kg pack of pear juice concentrate, glucose syrup, peach juice concentrate and passion fruit juice concentrate
• 1 x 1Kg pack of dextrose monohydrate (brewing sugar)
• 1 x 15g sachet of dried cider yeast, yeast nutrient and sweetener 
• 1 x 25g pack of peach & passion fruit flavouring
• 1 x 150g pack of priming sugar
• Makes approximately 40 Pints (23 Litres)

In order to make this kit you may need:

• Sterilizing powder
• Brewers bucket
• Water
• Syphon
• Hydrometer
• Bottles or Barrel
