This specially selected white grape juice concentrate is used in wine recipes to improve the quality of the finished wine and to aid healthy fermentation.

A common ingredient for country wine, add this white grape juice concentrate to your fruit must prior to fermentation as directed by your recipe. Grape juice can be added to all country wine recipes to help reduce fermentation times by supplying the correct nutrients. It also improves the body and flavour of the finished wines.

Use for all white wines.

250ml of this white grape juice concentrate is intended to be added to 4.5 litres (1 gallon) of fruit must.
