This Strawberry and Lime cider is deliciously drinkable with the powerful taste of strawberry bursting on to the palate being balanced with a hint of lime, the two flavours combining perfectly and resulting in an amazingly refreshing taste. This cider is smooth, fruity and sweet. It is made even more delightful by the tangy citrus burst it finishes with as this balances out the flavours in perfect harmony and adds wonderful sharpmess to the drink which is best served chilled or over ice. This cider has a golden strawberry blush appearance and pours with a gentle fizz. It has a fruity strawberry aroma with a citrus burst on the nose.

• 1 x 2.4Kg pack of apple juice concentrate, glucose syrup and strawberry juice concentrate
• 1 x 1Kg pack of dextrose monohydrate (brewing sugar)
• 1 x 15g sachet of dried cider yeast, yeast nutrient and sweetener 
• 1 x 25g pack of strawberry & lime flavouring
• 1 x 150g pack of priming sugar

In order to make this kit you may need:

• Sterilizing powder
• Brewers bucket
• Water

• Hydrometer
• Bottles or Barrel
