Using two cans of Muntons wheat malt extract (one hopped and one un-hopped) this kit produces a full-bodied, hazy wheat beer which is complimented by the addition of 56g of Citra hop pellets with their powerful fruity and zesty aromas. The finished beer has an ABV of 5% with a light yellow colour and a white head.

• Easy step-by-step instruction guide
• 2 x 1.5Kg cans of wheat malt extract - one hopped (barley malt extract and hop extract) and one unhopped (barley malt extract)
