Mangrove Jack's Craft Series Beer kits offer a truly exceptional range of beer kits, combining some of the finest malt extract the globe has to offer with high quality yeast strains. The malt extract is concentrated using state of the art evaporators before being cold filled into a pouch to ensure that the flavours and aromas that are lost when using traditional hop canning processes are retained in these kits. This means you will get a superior beer with more flavour and aroma than you would using a canned beer kit.

Each pouch has 2 sides - one side has been cold filled with the finest brewers malt extracts specially selected to match each beer style, with the other side containing the high quality yeast strain to give you the desired flavour and aroma for the chosen beer and the full speciality brewing instructions.

This kit also has additional dry hops which are included in the side of the pouch with the yeast. The malt extracts used in these kits are all free from caramel, added malt colourings and unnecessary heat processing leaving you with the pure malt flavours.

This is a traditional Czech Pilsner with Saaz hops providing a spicy and mild hoppiness. Crisp and dry with a clean lingering bitterness that refreshes the palate.

• Full instructions
• 1 x 2.5Kg pouch of concentrated malt extract
• 1 x 10g sachet of Californian lager yeast
• 1 x 28g sachet of dry hops
• Makes approximately 40 Pints (23 Litres) of cider with an approx. ABV of 4.5%

In order to make this kit you may need:

• Sterilizing powder
• Brewers bucket
• Water
• Additional sugar
• Syphon
• Hydrometer
• Bottles or barrel
