Bobek Styrian Goldings hops are a distinguished variety which is well known throughout the world and although identical to Goldings in many ways it does have its own distinctive characteristics. With a perfume-like hoppy character this variety was mainly used in European lagers but works very well in the less malty flavoured golden coloured beers too.

Alpha Acid Range 2-5%

Hop pellets are destalked ground hops pressed into little pellets. Use about 10% less than you would when using leaf hops with a similar alpha level. Hop pellets can be preserved longer and are usually available for a longer period of time during the course of the season.
