Northern Brewer is used as a dual purpose variety as it has excellent bittering properties and a pleasant aroma. Developed from a cross between a male seedling of Brewers Gold with Canterbury Golding in the 1940s the English variety Northdown is a direct descendant of Northern Brewer.

Grown in Germany these top brewing industry quality hop pellets are supplied in a heavy duty resealable pouch with a tamper proof seal to preserve their freshness and quality.
