This is used to add to finished home made wines and liquers to aid maturing and smoothing. Typical usage is to add 25ml to finished home-brewed wine to aid maturity.
This product is also excellent for use when making sorbets as it prevents the sorbet freezing completely solid. Simply add 1 to 2 tablespoons to 1 pint of sorbet mix before churning in your ice cream maker for sorbet you can scoop straight from the freezer.
