Endeavour is a modern British variety bred for rich aroma and brewing flexibility displaying vibrant notes of dark berries, citrus, and spice. Complex blackcurrant, loganberry and spice notes can be found in this hop's aroma and a clean grapefruit and lime flavour present if used later on in the brew. These aromatic qualities give it a unique character among British-grown hops.

Bred at Wye College in Kent in 2002 Endeavour is a cross between US Cascade and a British hedgerow hop. More delicate than US Cascade, Endeavour works well for both bittering and aroma purposes with Brewers often using it in late boil additions or dry hopping to highlight it's strong aroma.
