Coopers Canadian Blonde is perfect for summer drinking. It is a pale straw colour with crisp pale malt aromas and a hint of spicy hops, clean pale malt flavours and a light-bodied palate that finishes with obvious hop bitterness.

Coopers pure natural Australian beers are produced from premium barley grown near Adelaide in one of the finest malting barley regions in the world. Coopers Australian beers are simple to brew producing great beer every time.

This kit contains:

• 1 x tin of malt extract
• 1 x sachet of brewing yeast
• Makes approximately 40 Pints (23 Litres)

In order to make this kit you may need:

• Sterilizing powder
• Brewers bucket
• Water
• Sugar, Spray malt or beer enhancer
• Syphon
• Priming sugar for the barrel or bottles
• Hydrometer
• Bottles or Barrel
