This Bulldog Brews Special Gravity Lager with its ABV of 6% is strong and extremely powerful, yet easy to brew combining a masculine bite with a soft liquid golden touch, good body and refreshing bitterness.

With Hallertau and Saaz hop pellets included, this hoppy lager is pale golden in colour and is best served cold.

  • Size: 40 pint
  • Hop Additions: Hallertau and Saaz
  • ABV: 6.0%
  • Bitterness: 25 - 30 EBU
  • Colour: 14 - 20 EBC

This kit contains:

  • Full instructions
  • 1 x pack of hopped malt extract (malted barley extract, barley extract, invert sugar and hop extract)
  • 1 x 10g sachet of dried beer yeast
  • 1 x 12g sachet of Saaz and Hallertau hop pellets
  • Makes approximately 40 Pints (23 Litres)

In order to make this kit you may need:

  • Sterilizing powder
  • Brewers bucket
  • Water
  • Syphon
  • Hydrometer
  • Long stirring spoon
  • Measuring jug
  • Carbonation drops / priming sugar
  • Bottles or Barrel

Please note all necessary equipment is available in our #6 Kit - Premium Beermaking Set (if you want to use a Keg) or our #4 Kit - Winemaking Set and some bottles if you want to bottle it after brewing.
