Bulldog Brews Bad Cat Imperial Red was the first ever Imperial Red beer kit available to home brewers. Bad Cat is full bodied, bursting with malty flavours and powerful fruity and citrus hop aromas from the American Amarillo and Willamette hops which are included with this kit.

With 50g of hop pellets and 4.7Kg of malt extract made from a selection of fine malts this kit is deep ruby red in colour and has an ABV of a hefty 7.5%.

Bitterness: 35 - 40 EBU

This kit contains:

Full instructions
1 x pack of hopped malt extract (malted barley extract, barley extract, invert sugar and hop extract)
1 x 10g sachet of dried Pacific Ale beer yeast
1 x 25g sachet of Amarillo hop pellets
1 x 25g sachet of Willamette hop pellets
Makes approximately 40 Pints (23 Litres)

In order to make this kit you may need:

Sterilizing powder
Brewers bucket
Water
Syphon
Hydrometer
Long stirring spoon
Measuring jug
Carbonation drops / priming sugar
Bottles or Barrel
