India Pale Ales are one of the most popular and manipulated beer styles in the world. Within this overarching style there are numerous sub categories that have been experimented and developed to meet the ever increasing need to deliver more and more hops to the avid beer drinker in more and more interesting ways....the Red India Ale is one of these sub categories. As with most Red Ales this one is brewed strong with an enormous addition of characterful hops. However, there is also a judicous application of caramel malts to create a maltier and darker coloured beer that helps the hops to become characterful in a slightly different way.

• Full instructions
• 1 x 2.3Kg pack of malt and hop extracts
• 1 x 600g pack of dextrose monohydrate (brewing sugar)
• 1 x 20g sachet of dried ale yeast
• 1 x 100g sachet of pelletised hops
• 1 x 70g pack of priming sugar
• Makes approximately 30 Pints (17 Litres)

In order to make this kit you may need:

• Sterilizing powder
• Brewers bucket
• Water
• Syphon
• Hydrometer
• Bottles or Barrel
