On the palate this New World Saison has a biscuity and dry body with a lovely crisp acidity that cradles the spicy and peppery notes to perfection. It has a lovely hazy gold colour with a fluffy white head and an amazing aroma of spicy limes, Belgian esters and soft fruit character which explodes from the glass. With a healthy ABV this beer is still extremely drinkable belying it’s strength, the perfect hoppy yet drinkable blend of styles in a glass.

Saison as a beer style has always tended to be a style that fosters experimentation especially in the US. This beer combines a traditional Belgian yeast that has accentuated spicy, peppery and fruity esters with a dry character and the best of New Zealand hops and American hopping technique. This is a cutting edge beer style that is growing in popularity in the UK and US. Packed into this beer are 2 hops from New Zealand characterised by their heavily fruity, spicy lime, lemon zest and black pepper characteristics that work amazongly well with the unique saison yeast’s spicy and peppery character. Dry hopping with these hops means that the hop character is super fresh and bright lending a great drinkability to this already refreshing beer.

• Full instructions
• 2 x 1.75Kg packs of malt, barley and hop extracts
• 1 x 500g pack of dextrose monohydrate (brewing sugar)
• 1 x 20g sachet of dried brewing yeast
• 1 x 100g pack of fresh pelletised hops
• 1 x 130g pack of priming sugar
