Youngs all purpose white wine yeast is a hard working, excellent strain suitable for a wide range of applications and can also be used when making fruit wines.
It produces white or blush wines which are exceptionally crisp and clean - suitable for any style of white or blush.
It is a medium foaming strain with an alcohol tolerance of 18% by volume.
Simply sprinkle the contents of the sachet onto the surface of the juice, wait 15 minutes and then stir.
