Youngs All Purpose White Wine Yeast Sachet is sufficient for 40 pints (23 Litres or 5 Gallons). This strain of wine yeast was chosen from over 150 available worldwide, involving several thousand individual fermentations. It produces white or blush wines which are exceptionally crisp and clean - suitable for any style of white or blush. Simply sprinkle the contents of the sachet onto the surface of the juice, wait 15 minutes and then stir.
