Solomon Grundy have created these wine kits using superb quality grape concentrates. The result are wines with a depth of flavour rarely found in home brew kits. These kits are designed to make 6 bottles of wine with an ABV of 10.5% - 12.5% that will ready to drink in 1 to 4 weeks and will improve further with keeping.

This set contains the following items:

• Full instructions
• 1 x 5 litre fermenting bin with lid fitted with grommet (to take airlock)
• 1 x 5 litre fermenting bin with plain lid
• 1 x Syphon tube with tap (long version for ease of use)
• 1 x 6 chamber Bubbler Airlock
• 1 x 100g Sodium Percarbonate No Rinse Steriliser or VWP
• 1 x Stevenson-Reeves Hydrometer
• 1 x Trial Jar measuring cylinder
• 1 x Funnel (food grade)
