This kit makes two bottles of spectacular spiced rum in just 3 simple steps and contains the ingredients and instructions to transform a simple plain rum into your own blend of Caribbean heaven. The kit will make two 700ml bottles of homemade spiced rum, one Calypso Gold Blend and one Caribbean Punch Blend. What could be cooler than handing across a glass of your own rum? And, with a knowing wink, casually mentioning that the rum has been spiced and infused by your own fair hands.

The Calypso Gold Blend is a well balanced blend of orange, star anise, cloves, cassia bark and allspice berries.

The Carribean Punch Blend is an equally well balanced blend of orange, star anise, ginger, cassia bark, black pepper and allspice.

Add raw cane rum (not included) and this is everything you need to get cracking on making your own creation.
