Each of the Mangrove Jack's Craft Series Cider varieties has been formulated with only the freshest and best quality fruit which is then pressed and concentrated using state of the art evaporators before being cold filled into a pouch to ensure that the flavours and aromas that are lost when using traditional hot canning processes are retained in these kits. All this ensures that the natural flavours and aromas of the fruit are preserved, giving you tastier cider with fresher fruit flavours.

Each pouch has 2 sides - one side has been cold filled with the finest, best quality concentrated fruit juice to retain the delicate fruit flavours. The other side of the pouch contains high quality cider yeast, a pack of Citra hops and the full speciality cider brewing instructions.

This cider is crisp and refreshing with the fruity, sweet taste of delicious orchard apples being complimented by tropical hop notes. 5.2% ABV.

• Full instructions
• 1 x 2.4Kg pouch of fruit concentrate and glucose syrup
• 1 x sachet of cider yeast
• 1 pack of Citra hops
• Makes approximately 40 Pints (23 Litres) of cider with an approx. ABV of 5.2%

In order to make this kit you may need:

• Sterilizing powder
• Brewers bucket
• Water
• Additional sugar
• Syphon
• Hydrometer
• Bottles or barrel
