Old Suffolk Strong Ale is similar in nature to the Greene King Brewery's famous Old Ale. It has a woody character which comes through with a good level of dryness and well balanced sweetness. It is a dark brown ale with a cappuccino coloured head and an ABV of 6%. It has an interesting vinous aroma with hints of wood and vanilla.

• 1 x 1Kg pack of dextrose monohydrate (brewing sugar)
• 1 x 10g sachet of dried brewing yeast
• 1  x 50g pack of fresh pelletised hops
• 1 x 90g pack of priming sugar
• Makes approximately 40 Pints (23 Litres)

In order to make this kit you may need:

• Sterilizing powder
• Brewers bucket
• Water
• Syphon
• Hydrometer
• Bottles or Barrel
