This wine kit is made in Canada using the finest Californian Pinot Grigio grapes.
It includes all the ingredients required and full instructions and makes 30 bottles of wine which is ready to bottle in only 4 weeks.
Though dry in character and with a pleasant zip of acidity, this Pinot Grigio shows off a pleasant floral fragrance and tremendous fruit flavours, making it the perfect picnic accompaniment.
Featuring the flavours of green apple, lemon and lime this wine kit produces a wine with an ABV of approx. 12.5%.
