Currently a limited edition Brigadier Amber Ale is one of 4 new editions to the Festival Premium Ales range of beers which aim to celebrate the best of British beer.

Inspired by the famous Bombardier Amber Ale, Brigadier is an amber ale to raise your glass to.

Amber brown in colour with a white head and an ABV of 4.6%, it's bold malty backbone is interlaced with bright citrus and earthy hop aromas.

This is an intricate flavoured, medium bodied malt forward beer. Satisfyingly bitter with a characterful hop fruitiness that finishes off extremely well on the palate.

Bitterness: 4 (0-Least to 5-most bitter)
Hop additions: Fuggles 14g and Centennial 14g
ABV: 4.6 %

1 x 28g pack of Fuggles and Centennial hop pellets
1 x 10g sachet of dried brewing yeast
1 x 100g pack of priming sugar
Makes approximately 35 Pints (20 Litres)

In order to make this kit you may need:

Sterilizing powder
Brewers bucket
Water
Syphon
Hydrometer
Bottles or Barrel

Please note all necessary equipment is available in our #6 Kit - Premium Beermaking Set (if you want to use a Keg) or our #4 Kit - Winemaking Set and some bottles if you want to bottle it after brewing.
