This Youngs branded 15 litre Fermentation Vessel (also known as a fermenting bin or fermenting bucket) is made from food grade polypropylene and is printed with graduation markings up both sides. The graduations start at the 5 litre point and then are spaced every 5 litres up to the 15 litre mark, there are also graduations at the 1, 2 and 3 gallon points.

Dimensions (approx.) are 350mm across the hoop handle, the bucket itself being 320mm across at the top, 290mm across at the base and 280mm in height.

Capacity to the brim is 15.7 litres.
