These 25Kg sacks of crushed Maris Otter Pale Malt are on special offer as they have a best before date of 15th November 2024, however they will still be perfectly good to make up and use for at least 3 months after this date.

Maris Otter Pale Malt is the very best base malt for English Ales and lighter beers. It is the perfect ingredient for ‘malt forward’ Pale Ales. It’s unique rich malty flavour also exhibits the ‘Delia’ factor – it is very easy to brew with, and forgiving! It is consistent, and delivers pronounced clarity.

Pale Malt is used to mix with other malts and is the main ingredient for all varieties of ales, bitters, milds, stouts and porters.

Maris Otter Pale Ale Malt produces sweet and flavourful worts.

This malt is produced by Warminster Malts, has a colour of between 4.5 and 7.0 EBCs and is supplied ready crushed in 500gm, 1Kg, 3Kg and 5Kg packs and 25Kg sacks.
