This Four Finger Jack’s American Pale Ale is a true craft beer kit, created with a very generous amount of American Centennial and Zeus hops and a fine selection of malts. Combined with the US West Coast Pacific Ale yeast used on the kit, it produces a highly aromatic beer which is bursting with citrus, fruit and pine aromas and which also has a potent bitterness.

With 50g of hop pellets included, this beer is golden straw coloured and will have an ABV of 4.6%.

Full instructions
1 x pack of hopped malt extract (malted barley extract, barley extract and hop extract)
1 x 10g sachet of dried Pacific Ale beer yeast
1 x 25g sachet of Centennial hop pellets
1 x 25g sachet of Zeus hop pellets
Makes approximately 40 Pints (23 Litres)
