Amylase 25g Tub For Removing Starch Haze in Home Made Wines

Amylase is used in wine-making to remove starch haze.
To clear starch haze use 1 teaspoons per 4.5 litres (1 gallon) and leave to stand at room temperature until the wine is clear. The wine can then be racked off.
