Muntons have been supplying the brewing world with their high quality malts for over 100 years, during which time they have learnt a thing or two about the brewing process so now they are bringing the best of their knowledge to home craft brewers with their new Flagship range of authentic craft beers.

The new Flagship range brings a new experience of craft brewing to your home, using only the finest ingredients including premium quality malt extract made from 100% sustainable 2-row barley grown in Suffolk and Yorkshire, premium quality hop pellets and Fermentis US-05 American ale yeast so that you can brew 35 pints of carefully engineered craft beer with ease.

This deliciously malty and toffee flavoured American Amber Ale is supplied with Cascade and Centennial hop pellets which deliver a floral and citrus hop aroma, balanced by a sweet caramel finish. It has an ABV of 4.5% with a golden brown colour and an off white head.

Bitterness: 25 - 55 IBU
Colour: 35 - 50 EBC

This kit contains:

Easy step-by-step instruction guide
2 x 1.5Kg cans of hopped malt extract (barley malt extract, rye malt extract, hops and hop extract)
1 x 11.5g sachet of Fermentis Safale US-05 American ale yeast
60g of fresh pelletised hops - 1 x 30g pack of Cascade and 1 x 30g pack of Centennial
1 x Hop straining bag
Makes approximately 35 Pints (20 Litres)
