A quality multi-purpose yeast strain selected from the Champagne region by a world-renowned producer. This yeast is recommended for producing all white wines, sparkling wines and ciders. It is also useful to re-start stuck fermentations. Simply rehydrate according to the instructions, then stir into the juice.
This yeast was previously known as Lalvin Champagne & Cider yeast but has been renamed due to an EU ruling on the use of the name "Champagne".
