Developed by Muntons, tested and approved by the head brewer at the St Peter’s Brewery. Honey Porter is the fifth beer kit in the popular St Peters brewery kit range. This 3kg kit brews 40 pints of traditional English Porter with a sweet honey taste and aroma. The kit is based on the bronze award winning recipe of the St Peter’s Brewery Honey Porter. This 40 pint kit brews a rich and sweet porter with a final strength of about 4.5 % ABV.

This kit contains:

  • Full instructions
  • 2 x large tins of malt extract
  • 1 x sachet of brewing yeast
  • 1 x hop sachet
  • Makes approximately 40 Pints (23 Litres) of 4.5% ABV beer 

In order to make this kit you may need:

  • Sterilizing powder
  • Brewers bucket
  • Water
  • Syphon
  • Priming sugar for the barrel or bottles
  • Hydrometer
  • Bottles or Barrel

Please note all necessary equipment is available in our #6 Kit - Premium Beermaking Set (if you want to use a Keg) or our #4 Kit - Winemaking Set and some bottles if you want to bottle it after brewing.
