Samson’s home brewing beer kits are manufacturerd by Muntons and produce a brew as strong as its name with a body to match. This kit comes with 1.7Kg of apple concentrate and requires the addition of 1.5 Kg of sugar (plus water, of course) to produce 40 pints of full flavoured cider with an abv of approximately 5%.

In order to make this kit you may need:
- Sterilizing powder
- Brewers bucket
- Water
- Syphon
- Sugar
- Priming sugar for the barrel or bottles
- Hydrometer
- Bottles or barrel
Please note all necessary equipment is available in our #6 Kit - Premium Beermaking Set (if you want to use a Keg) or our #4 Kit - Winemaking Set and some bottles if you want to bottle it after brewing.
