Produced by Harris, these Vin Clear highly active wine finings are both simple to use and the wine is quick to clear. For 4.5 litres, use about half the contents of the sachet. For 22.5L (5 Gallons), use a complete sachet. For best results, use Harris Super Enzyme or Pectic Enzyme beforehand.
