Harris Super Enzyme for wine - Treat 22.5L

Produced by Harris, this enzyme removes pectin, aids clearing, and improves colour. For 4.5 litres, use about half the contents of the sachet. For 22.5L (5 Gallons), use a complete sachet. For best results, clear the wine afterwards using Harris Vin Clear wine finings.
