Coopers Real Ale has a bright golden colour with a strong head, pleasant blend of fruit and malt on the nose with generous mouthfeel and a moderately bitter finish. A good example of a Coopers Traditional Ale.
Coopers pure natural Australian beers are produced from premium barley grown near Adelaide in one of the finest malting barley regions in the world. Coopers Australian beers are simple to brew producing great beer every time.

- 1 x tin of malt extract
- 1 x sachet of brewing Yeast
- Makes approximately 40 Pints (23 Litres)

In order to make this kit you may need:
- Sterilizing powder
- Brewers bucket
- Water
- Sugar, Spray malt or beer enhancer
- Syphon
- Priming sugar for the barrel or bottles
- Hydrometer
- Bottles or Barrel
Please note all necessary equipment is available in our #6 Kit - Premium Beermaking Set (if you want to use a Keg) or our #4 Kit - Winemaking Set and some bottles if you want to bottle it after brewing.
