Coopers English Bitter is a traditional style of pale ale, Coopers English Bitter is a brown copper colour with red hues and a creamy head. It displays a pleasing floral aroma with a blend of toasty/sweet malt flavours finishing with a firm bitter finish.

Coopers pure natural Australian beers are produced from premium barley grown near Adelaide in one of the finest malting barley regions in the world. Coopers Australian beers are simple to brew producing great beer every time.

This kit contains:

• 1 x tin of malt extract
• 1 x sachet of brewing Yeast Makes approximately 40 Pints (23 Litres)

In order to make this kit you may need:

• Sterilizing powder
• Brewers bucket
• Water
• Sugar, Spray malt or beer enhancer
• Syphon
• Priming sugar for the barrel or bottles
• Hydrometer
• Bottles or Barrel

Please note all necessary equipment is available in our #6 Kit - Premium Beermaking Set (if you want to use a Keg) or our #4 Kit - Winemaking Set and some bottles if you want to bottle it after brewing.
